    Easy to be healthier

    This powder makes it easier to maintain health and energy. I have one or two scoops in my green smoothie in the morning and sometimes I'll have a cup in the afternoon as well if I need a pick-me-up. There's no energy slump after and I'm actually haveing an overall improvement in feeling healthy.

    Does the trick but...

    A colleague suggested I try matcha powder for better energy and health and I got this powder. I've been taking it for just over a week and I feel great. I just wish the taste was better. I'll try putting it in smoothies to disguise the taste because I really don't like it. It's not bitter, it's just not sweet.
