    How the product works:

    •  

      • Using a matcha spoon, scoop out powder and place matcha into the strainer. For less mess, ensure the strainer is over the bowl opening prior to adding powder.
      • Use the hooks to secure the strainer to the bowl sides.
      • Gently shake powder contents in a back and forth motion, allowing the powder to fall into the cup.
      • Pour 4 oz of hot - not boiling - water over the sifted matcha.
      • Whisk and stir the matcha for a frothy cup of clean energy.

    • Care & Maintenance:

      Discard leftover matcha using a towel, and rinse the remaining powder from the strainer in the sink. Hand wash with soap and warm water, or place in the dishwasher. Dry thoroughly.

    What’s the timeline on drinking matcha after I’ve sifted the powder?
